Hello everyone, my name is Jella and I am relatively new to the Hermetic Academy. I have been participating in Ayahuasca ceremonies for 2 years and have had very intense spiritual experiences that have raised many questions for me on an intellectual level. A few months ago, I asked the universe or God for guidance to better understand these experiences and my experience as a human, and then Kabbalah came into my life. I have already read a few books by Elias Rubenstein and just the explanation of the Tree of Life has helped my mind a lot in categorizing the levels of my experiences. I have experienced a lot during this time and would like to emphasize two things. I used to drink a lot of coffee and cola. This has bothered me for a long time and I have been trying to correct it for many years. Since the beginning of October, I no longer drink either and have not done so as an exception. A step that I was able to take as a result of a lesson. I am very grateful for that. Of course it's okay to drink cola and coffee, but unfortunately I've never been able to maintain the right balance myself.
